We collect information in the following ways:
- Information you provide. Such as your name, email address, and any other information you choose to provide when you create an account, contact support, or fill out a form.
- Information collected automatically. Including IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, and timestamps, gathered via Google Analytics and similar technologies.
- Information from third parties. Apex MCC does not sell products or process payments, so we do not receive financial information from payment processors. If this changes, this policy will be updated accordingly.

We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve Apex MCC;
- Process transactions and send related information, including confirmations and invoices;
- Respond to comments, questions, and support requests;

04Cookies & tracking technologies

We currently use cookies for essential site functionality and Google Analytics to understand aggregate site usage. Google Analytics may set its own cookies and collect information in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Specifically, we retain account and personal data for a maximum of 30 days, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

08Children's privacy
Our services are not directed to individuals under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under that age. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly.

Apex MCC is based in the United States, and information we collect is processed and stored there. If you are located outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, and processed in, the United States, which may have data protection laws different from those in your country.
10Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated policy on our website with a revised "last updated" date prior to the change becoming effective. Your continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
